(01) BOOKING
All services should be booked through SECOND HOME
TRAVELS & TOURS COMPANY LIMITED. Yangon, Myanmar.
(02) PAYMENT
A full payment is required 3 weeks prior before commence
the service. Our bank detail address as follow until any
further notice from us.

(03) CANCELLATION
Cancellation shall be effective on the day of written
notice is received and cancellation fees would be
affected as follows:-
- Cancellation in 30 days prior to arrival, without
bearing any cost for booking.
- Cancellation in within 20 to 14 days prior to arrival,
will be charged 20% of tours fare
- Cancellation in within 13 to 4 days prior to arrival,
will be charged 30% of tours fare
- Cancellation in within 3 days prior to arrival, will
be charged 100% of tours fare
(04) MEALS
Dinner will be provided at Hotel. Meals of local flavor
dishes will be appropriately provided at the standard
restaurant on tour of highway trip.
(05) GUIDE SERVICE
All transfers and sightseeing tours are escorted by our
tour guide.
(06)
BAGGAGE
Two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44 lbs (20 kgs) per
person is allowed. Any loss or damage to baggage or
belongings are not responsible to the company. However,
the company will assist for claims.
(07) RESPONSIBILITY
Neither SECOND HOME TRAVELS & TOURS COMPANY LIMITED nor
any person assisting with it is responsible for any
loss, injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularities
sustained by the clients including those occurred out
side the tour program and unforeseen circumstances.
(08) The Following are included
1. All reservation and confirmation
2. Meeting at the airport assisting with post custom
formalities.
3. All local transportation /sight-seeing with (air
conditioning Coach, domestic Air and Boat ticket)
4. Share Delux accommodation
5. All entrance fees.
(09) The Following are
Excluded
1. The meals rather mentioned in the program
2. Expenditure of Personal nature such as laundry,
drinks, souvenirs etc…
3. Airport tax
4. Doctor’s fee for vaccination
5. Trip cancellation insurance
